● BowKuma is not responsible for missing or lost packages or damaged items.

● ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order is placed, it is yours. We are not responsible if your package gets lost or is delayed in transit. Once the package leaves us, it is all on the postal service to deliver it to you.

● Because most of the items available at BowKuma are handmade, slight variances in sizes or design will occur and not all designs will be the same.

However, BowKuma does reserve the right to deal with customers and situations on an individual basis.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All sales are final, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

LOST ORDERS/PACKAGES
We are not responsible for stolen or lost mail, we simply create the order and use the address given to us on PayPal to ship, via USPS.

If the order/package is lost in transit after 1 Month (USA) to 3 months (International) since dispatch with the tracking number provided, please contact USPS or your local mail office and let them know you have not received your package after xx days/months and make sure to have your tracking number handy.

However, if the mail is sent back to me, I'll let you know the situation and will ship it back to you free of charge!

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We use the address on your PAYPAL to ship out orders. Please make sure the address on your PayPal is current and correct. If it isn't, please let us know within 24 hours of when we marked the order shipped.

Otherwise, after the 24 hours, it is up to the post office; please contact the post office and have your tracking number in handy and they will assist you from there!

However, if the mail is sent back to me, I'll let you know the situation and will ship it back to you free of charge!

Reserved & Custom Orders Policy

RESERVED ORDERS:
• All bows and handmade items can be reserved, however items such as clothing, stationary etc will depend on the item and your inquiry.
• Reserved orders will be removed after 2 weeks of not purchasing!

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Shoot us an email for a custom listing of any bow in the fabric color you want! We can also change the drip color. Colors and designs are limited for both, but we'll see what we can do! Create a special bow for you or someone you know!

• We can only make custom bows of variations of the bows we already have here at BowKuma.
• A $.50 fee will be added if the design will require supplies we do not have at BowKuma.
• Custom bows, depending on the design and supplies, will require extensive time. I recommend purchasing at least 1 month ahead of time of the date you need your order by.
• Custom orders will be removed after 2 weeks of not purchasing!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders (specifically involving bows) will now take 3 Days - 3 weeks to process/ship out. (3 weeks will only mainly apply to Holidays or Breaks).

Most of my time dedicated to working on BowKuma is on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) since I am also a full time college student. Please keep in mind that Reserved/ Customs may require a longer time frame. I know you are looking forward to your order and I promise to get it out to you as soon as I possibly can! I truly thank and appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!!
